Summer is here. It's generally a time for warm days, shorts, beaches, and fun.

It’s also a time when you should do a midyear financial checkup to see if you are on course and whether any mid-course corrections are needed. But if that seems too daunting, try this quick summertime quiz instead.

1. Summer vacation from schools is a holdover from agrarian times when children were needed to help in the fields.
